Clearly, I enjoy sharing stories about Rancho Costa Verde, San Felipe, and Baja California. I get a kick out of talking about all the amazing ingredients that make up Rancho Costa Verde. But since it’s Monday, I thought I’d take a moment and talk about the people behind Rancho Costa Verde… and the WORK that goes into creating something this special. (I mean, it is Monday after all.)
It takes a lot of people with a lot of experience to create a master planned community this special. That is why Rancho Costa Verde has affiliated itself with some of the best institutions in their respective industries to make this a reality. Rancho Costa Verde Development is the US company that owns Rancho Costa Verde S. De R.C. de C.V. which is the Mexican corporation that owns the 350 acres of sea view property that is Rancho Costa Verde. We utilized the law services of Baker &McKenzie to perform the due diligence in acquiring the land, create our contracts, and CC&R’s; one of the largest law firms in the world. And then you have title insurance provided by Stewart Title Insurance Co.
International Real Estate Services, Inc. provides over 35 combined years of sales and marketing experience in Mexican Vacation and Retirement properties. We are your point of contact here in San Diego, all of our representatives are California licensed real estate agents. We’ve been sharing Baja with folks like yourselves for a long time, and we’ve made a lot of friends and we have a lot of happy neighbors.
Urbanimex created our master plan. What we wanted to do is compliment Mother Nature, not try to improve upon it.
